This is without a doubt the best law firm in the Bay area if not the state. Ceasar is amazing. His heart is big and his integrity is unimpaired. As a community advocate, I encounter people of little financial means who need legal representation but can't afford it. At least 99% of my referrals to this firm have no means to pay for services. The firm lawyers are dedicated to helping people who need help regardless of the client's capability to pay. While most law firms turn down credible cases because the money to be gained is minimal, this firm seems more concerned about justice.

I reached out to John Iaccarino to help me collect my money from VROOM. It was something that is mine but VROOM would not return it. My family and I were calling VROOM practically every day for over a month. Only able to talk with customer support who claim they have no access to a manager. As a victim of domestic violence, and a single-parent of two young girls, I found myself discourage, tired, and stressed trying to navigate things with the court, and supervised visitation. From the start of my phone call appointment I spoke to the person (who did not even fully introduce themselves, or say hello or ask/confirm my name, etc.), but was rather rushed and rude, not to mention irritated about my questions regarding the online document respsitory. You don't go asking someone to upload their private information/documents without taking a minute to explain why and what is going on. This was supposed to be an initial consultation. Once actually geting the owner on the phone as well, to discuss the situation I eventually had to just hang up and say this group was not for me. I was made to feel like an idiot for even calling and asking questions and it felt so demeaning and unprofessional. Obviouisly I am not a lawyer, but to not slow down and walk me through the process steps, or even empathize whatsoever with my situation seemed really unprofessional. It felt rushed and like I was having to defend my own stupidity apparently, and they were jumping to a lot of conclusions without having all the information. Just an overall rather disturbing experience.
