I reached out to Mr. Zoucha because I was in need of legal advice regarding a potential custody and visitation dispute. Mr. Zoucha was very quick to respond and schedule an initial consultation during which he was very thorough in getting the background facts, patiently talked through the issues and answered many questions. He helped me identify that I also needed legal help in a different practice area and helped connect me with an attorney regarding an unlawful detainer case. After the completion of that matter, I had several follow up communications with Mr. Zoucha about the custody and visitation dispute and he did not charge me for that work. I appreciated his quick responses, his integrity and honesty, and the empathy with which he treats his clients.

Let me begin with this. Joe is a consummate professional. Life can be extremely tumultuous and navigating its changeless can be a daunting task especially as it relates to family court matters. I found Joe on google and read through the reviews and his website and was very impressed with his qualifications. Particularly the fact that one of the great Califorina Supreme Court justices was under his Tutelage and that he Joe served as a judge. I was first introduced to Joe right before Thanksgiving. He was heading out of town to visit his family and he made the time to take my phone call. He was very empathetic and genuinely concerned for my situation. He stated that he wanted to help me and that he would contact me in couple of days once he was settled in on his vacation. Two days later on a Sunday Joe called. His legal analysis and genuine compassion is something that you don’t see very often in today’s world. He has keen understanding of the nuances of California family judicial system. His 30 plus years of experience is invaluable. I would implore anyone who is reading this review to stop what you are doing and call Joe. If you need an Attorney concerning family matters I would highly recommend Joe Zoucha he is awesome.

If you want 100% honesty I would go with Joseph. You are actually feeling and concluding he is an honest lawyer and he listens to the the facts, numbers and dates, and he comes with the best course of action for you! I will recommend him 100%, is a safe investment of your time and resources.

I work in an office building in which there are several attorneys. My spouse and I had a serious legal matter. The attorneys in the building highly recommended Joseph Zoucha because he will go to court for his clients and manages hearings with a great deal of success. He is extremely reasonable with his fees, in addition to being very energetic about his work and helping his clients. We are very happy we hired him to solve our case. Joe clearly cared about us and worked diligently to help us in every possible way, with unbelievably fantastic results. He always thoroughly explained the law and how it worked for us. I’m so happy for that referral because Lauren was the best choice I could have hoped for. Knowledgeable, thorough, detail-oriented, professional, and very pleasant to work with, Lauren is an excellent communicator and quite patient in explaining details. I also appreciated that she took the initiative to provide recommendations to issues I hadn’t considered. She produced a high-quality and well organized estate planning portfolio, including easy-to-follow instructions on how to manage my estate. Her fee was reasonable and in the end I feel I received a great value. I would highly recommend Lauren for anyone considering estate planning.

My wife and I were looking for a trust attorney and were referred to Lauren by good friends who had worked with her on their trust. We were very pleased with Lauren's thoroughness throughout the process and for making the whole topic understandable for a lay-person. She is very organized and communicates regularly and clearly. She was also very understanding when we changed our minds on various decisions, and revisited some items multiple times. Lauren also suggested that we consider estate planning for our children who are over 18. She worked with our kids to capture their wishes in wills, powers of attorney and health care directives. My husband and I just had our revocable trust and will handled expertly by Lauren Rios. We were impressed by her knowledge and professionalism, but also appreciated her warmth and positive attitude! She finished everything in a timely manner, and let us know everything that we had to do (with banks, E*Trade account, etc.) She walked us through the entire process, which was really helpful, as we had very little experience with trusts and wills. I do not recommend Gardella & Gardella. Like another reviewer, I had several bad experiences with Jenifer in which she completely stopped responding to my repeated calls and emails. I am appalled at her lack of courtesy and professionalism and can't believe she operates her law practice in this manner. She also billed me for an email in which she offered condolences for the passing of my stepfather and simultaneously offered her legal services. I actually tried to hire her for those services but she never followed through with what she offered to do and never communicated with me again and then had the nerve to bill me for an email.
