Lauren is wonderful! I’d absolutely recommend her. She was prompt, straightforward and responsive. She explained everything to me very clearly and helped me make some tough decisions.

Joseph has no time for his clients, he takes several weeks to respond, and let’s you know that “it’s not the end of the world that your case is delayed, because he has other cases that take priority.” He reminds you that the price he charged is Pennie’s compared to what others would have charged and expects you to wait until he gets to you. I don’t know that Joseph knows what professionalism is as his tone in emails is snappish.

When I first met Jennifer I was impressed. However, I have called her 4 times, leaving messages and have not gotten once single response! It has been 10 weeks since I last met with her to make a couple of small corrections to my living trust. She said it would be done in 4 weeks and I still have not heard a word! Very nice office staff but terribly dissappointed!

Lauren is very responsive and great to work with. She answered our questions quickly, was patient, and prepared our documents quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to seek her counsel again! Also appreciated continued Covid precautions.

Lauren was amazing to work with! My father passed away 8 years ago and his trust administration was not completed. Lauren explained to me what had to be done and was very precise and very willing to answer any questions I had. After all was said and done, she was able to complete what I needed in a quick professional manner. I definitely recommend her if your needing anything done in estate planning or administration.

Lauren is great. Given the context is legal, she keeps it very straight-forward and she knows her stuff. What I imagined to be a painful process turned out to be quite progressive and easy going (outside the obvious burden of thinking about the worst-case scenarios). Would certainly work with Lauren again. She was referred to us by another friend who also practices Law in this area.

My wife and I needed to update our trust. We had a very nice experience with Lauren. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She recommended some ways to improve our trust and helped us understand recent changes in the law that we needed to be aware of. I also like the fact that she will help us review our trust every 3-5 years. With constant changes in laws, its helpful to have someone who can help us understand how these changes may or may not impact us. I would certainly recommend using her for your trust.
