Occasional delays in responsiveness and availability
“Doing it for the first time can be confusing and you need to understand every step of it, there are several nuances. We were "recommended" through a program that our work company offers. We didn't really think too much and picked the closet from us. Matthew lacks sympathy, empathy, and kindness. A total lack of guiding us through the process, not available to chat over the phone, or the closet availability will be a month ahead every time you have a question - which can make this process very long.”
