One of the best lawyers in the Bay Area. Ross helped my father with an old complicated conviction on his record and was able to get it dismissed. I met Ross during the first meeting my father had with him and he was very honest, realistic, and caring. He sincerely wanted to help my father. I'm glad we chose Ross because the outcome for my father's case was better than I expected. Ross was also very reliable, proficient, kept his word, and it was very easy to ask him questions and get a prompt reply. I have been very satisfied by the representation I have received by The law offices of Ross Green over the last decade. Most recently, he provided successfully representation of an aging family member who had multiple traffic violations in a short period time and was in jeopardy of losing their license. Mr Green and his team successfully litigated the case. If you want a competent attorney who will go the extra mile, I would strongly recommend Mr Green.

Ross is clearly a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of the law and the court system. He was commitment to me and my case. Very short of my expectations. I picked him based on the positive reviews but found him absolutely useless. He was good until he collected the retainer then he kept postponing the case for about six months because of his toe surgery. He offered no opposing legal arguments, disagreement or challenges to what the district attorney was saying in my misdemeanor case and at times found him to be a prosecutor than my attorney. I don't recommend him or any other former Assistant district attorneys as your lawyer because they still have a lot of prosecution habits in them. I ended up replacing him for poor unprofessional performance with another attorney and he's refusing to refund my fees for doing absolutely nothing but killing time so I can pay the 2nd attorney.

Excellent, Understanding and Passionate Attorney. Loves his work and it showed throughout my entire process. I recommend Mr. Green in a heart beat! Never changed in his dedication to my case, fought aggressively for me, never gave up, especially in the end. I needed him to understand where I was coming from on a personal level and he did just that, security and reassurance provided. He is a great Attorney and knows what justice is. A fighter, determined and confident in and out the courtroom. Having defended me against a hard to beat mandatory prison sentence, facing life changing penalties, I am now releived from those worries. Outstanding client cooperation. I called him from out of town, he immediately started work on my 4 year old case than a different lawyer had mishandled. He went to court promptly as promised.
