 After carefully researching many estate planning attorneys I was fortunate to find the Law Office of Vidhya Babu. I was impressed with the thoroughness of Vidhya’s website which addressed many of my concerns and the positive and respectful experience and ease of our communications. Additionally, I was grateful that Vidhya was available via Zoom by which we were able to conduct all our business to my satisfaction. I took all the time I needed, and Vidhya patiently and professionally addressed all my questions. Since I had spent many months researching, I was relieved that Vidhya was able to simplify and implement the process of restatement of my trust to comply with current law, and ultimately that would allow my document to remain current in changing circumstances. No one enjoys making end-of-life plans. My husband, Mike, and I delayed our estate planning for years. Fifteen years ago, we had a false start with a cut-rate lawyer. We updated these documents in 2016, and then earlier this year, we did a complete rethink and rewrite. Vidhya is very responsive and responsible. During our initial (free) consult, she helped identify the basic estate planning documents I needed and was transparent about her fees. Throughout the drafting process, she was patient in explaining the sections of the legal documents I did not understand. She is very professional and efficient as well. I greatly appreciated her flexibility in jumping on Zoom calls to answer my questions and the quick turnaround time for documents. The one-stop-shop nature of her practice also limited the hassle of finding a notary and witness for the signing the final documents. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable process.
