Started my case with Mr. Schofield almost exactly a year ago and was able to finalize an amazing outcome extremely fast. Communication was 10/10 through the whole thing. I never had to worry about the status of my case and they always made sure to ask if I had questions. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable and professional lawyers. Thanks to Sara, we finally completed our estate plan! This is a big sigh of relief as this has been long overdue for us. We contacted Sara through MetLife legal plan for an estate plan. We had our initial phone call yesterday after filling two forms requested by her ( most of the questions from the forms are the same). During the meeting, again, she requested the same info. from us which were listed out in the two forms. Requesting the same info. repeatedly is fine, but the way she communicated makes us really uncomfortable. We asked one question about how the estate plan would be triggered. She did not really understand our question and interrupted us when we tried to clarify. She made assumptions about how things would work in our home country and assumed we don't know the basic things like what a wallet is. In her own words, "do you know what a wallet is? That's where you put your driver's license." Additionally, her response is not very relevant and her tones are always condescending. She is very rude and disrespectful. We stopped working with her immediately after the phone call. I found a lot of people had similar experiences from yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I only checked google reviews before reaching out to her.

Sara is terrific: Prompt. Smart. Clear. Thorough. I had to fire another lawyer who simply would not respond for many weeks, despite emails and phone calls. Sara responded immediately, said when she'd get the work, got it done on time, and was kind and humorous, too. I highly recommend her.
