I was extremely disappointed with my initial interaction with Reid and Hellyer office. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She seemed unwilling to assist me with my legal inquiry, and her demeanor was quite insulting. I was seeking a consultation to discuss a potential case, but she made me feel as if my concerns were trivial. I ended the call immediately, as it was clear that my matter would not be handled with the care and respect it deserved.

Don't call here, Save time, I was calling to inquire if they help tentants with their landlords but whoever answers the phone is having a bad day already with a bad tone and attitude, save yourself time.
