By far the worst. If you call on behalf of your spouse everything they answer all questions with "i cant answer that question" even if its to ask of he can pick up papers. If you are filing for your spouse theyre great until they have the signature then its like you are not part of the case. Pkus they tell you to answer no to everything during the interview and immigration caught on.
