I just wanted to give a quick review for Yesika Figueroa’s law office. I came for immigration case and I would like for her to know that Cassandra was very helpful. She was my paralegal in the beginning of my case and anytime I contacted her she always had answers for me. Even when she was not my paralegal at one point I can still reach out to her regarding any questions regarding my case. Thank you Cassandra for your knowledge in my case & your patience with me. Some downfalls I had was with the other paralegals that were assigned to me. I believe they could have been more on top of my case and called me to give me updates/status in my case. Alyssa who is not with them anymore was very rude and unprofessional with me at one point and told me I couldn’t have things my way “it’s not McDonald’s here she said” when I had all my trust in her to have my documents overseen by the attorney before she had quit with them..and had them sitting around for 3 months until I called to check up on a update. Again I would recommend others here but also make people feel comfort and updates on case.

My family and I were going in for consultation later to find out we were about to get deported . Yesika helped us understand what the next step would be and what should be done. She explained everything super well, as well as answered all our questions. We were able to get our residence within about a year. They would call to keep us updated about our status or any news they had. We are so thankful for Yesika and her team for helping my family and I get through this.
