I was charged with a DUI in New York City . It was a refusal case. The first day I met Aniko, I knew I was in good hands. she went through every minute detail about the case weighing the strengths and weaknesses and was upfront with me. Aniko was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very scared at that point because it was my first time going through this process. Also, being a professional, my career was at stake, so I wanted to make sure I went to the best. she put my fears to rest and guided me throughout the process. In particular, she was very approachable and she used to call me back right away. I honestly feel that I could not have wished anyone better than her to represent me. Since, I was innocent, I wanted to go to trial as this was my best chance of winning the case. Aniko went over the trial process with me, and guided me at every step. sHe was very effective with the jury and was able to catch their attention every time she spoke. I was acquitted of all charges after the trial. I would highly highly recommend her if you have been unfortunate like me and need representation

I got stopped at a DUI checkpoint on my way home from a friends house, and since I had a few beers they had me arrested for the DUI. After I was released I immediately went searching for a lawyer to help me out with everything, and I came across Aniko and I'm very glad I went to her, she is very knowledgeable and reassured me that everything would be fine, which it was. I have hired Aniko on several different cases, starting with a very complex DUI case. She new specifically what I was willing to accept and not accept as far as a plea agreement and was very persistent with both the judge and the District Attorney to get me the deal that I was willing to accept. Ms. Rushakoff is an excellent attorney. She was very reassuring, supportive and conscientious in handling my case. I had always hoped to come across such an attorney, should I ever be in need of legal counsel. Unlike many attorneys I had spoken to and the numerous horror stories I had heard about other attornies prior to retaining Ms. Rushakoff, she was responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy when it came to fees and expenses. Every other attorney I had spoken to made me feel like I was being "taken for a ride" because I was in trouble.
