C L Farrell had a consultation with me on March 1, 2024. She was kowledgeable and kind. More than that, she provided me with information regarding the responsibility of the Trustee and the timeline for filing estate documents, tax returns, and notification of the proper agencies & beneficiaries, and much more. I was absolutely clueless and I'm sure there may be consequences for my lack of knowledge, but moving forward I will work to make things right. I was having difficulty with understanding my family trust and was being ignored by the family trustee. I simply went to the Sandoval group for advice because I didn't understand my rights as a beneficiary. I was referred to C.L Farrell by one of her associates and after explaining my concerns C.L took on my case. She basically kept the guardrails up so that my brother, sister and I were not taking advantage of by other family members. She contacted the trust lawyer and explained his position. She basically put him on notice but they clearly didn't get the idea of whom they were dealing. C.L basically let them continue to carry on after her warnings. Which was brilliant because they basically walked into a web that they couldn't escape. C.L had them so wrapped and explained how the out come could be very bad for them. Upon finally realizing their dilemma the submitted to doing g the write thing. Called C L Farrell to direct me upon a trust issues I'm having with the trustee. C L Really took the time to go over and explain my options with me. She was Patient and very thorough and direct. Answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommended her for any trust issues that anyone may have.

Late came in with her own plans for settlement spent 10 minutes with my attorney and myself apologized for insensitivity stayed with opposing side mostly during consultation called my attorney out of room never saw her again!
