The absolute worst attorney experience of my life. So unprofessional. Took my money and did nothing to help me. Improperly filed paperwork that put me in a worse position than I was already in and then asked me for more money after. In court the attorney (Mark Reel) had no knowledge about me or my case. No consultation before my court hearing. Then said they were going to give me a partial refund then ghosted me. Do not give them your money.

If you look at all there 5 star reviews it’s all for free consultations. It’s very clear that this firm pays for reviews. After using them and reading there reviews, this is truly a scam. They only go to court to side with the opposing counsel. I’m Not sure how they can sleep at night robbing dads who want to be with there children . They do not care about Fathers

If anyone of you guys cares about your kids……DON’T HIRE THEM ! Spent over 22k$ within a 8 weeks time frame on legal fees and you will never believe when they took the wonderful decision of switching attorney representing my case (Miss Dollores Lopes).….a week prior to court date ! I did asked away to make sure that despite the switch, my new attorney (Mister Serafano) would acknowledge and be aware of the full story before court day. So I took him through the whole story all over again and double checked he has all the evidences on file. Results : Mister Serafano didn’t stood up nor showed a single evidence that I picked together proving my points regarding this matter. Even a deaf attorney would’ve got the job done and better smh…. Outcome : I’m only allowed to see my son on week ends with the supervision of my uncle living an hour away from me whenever my ex-wife feels like to bring him. Therefore before signing up with them I beg you to think twice. These people aren’t out here fighting for your rights they’ll just sit around at court while counting flies in the room and cashing in your money without no will to stand for your rights on your behalf. I obviously had to file an appeal regarding the court decision cause as a proud father I’ll never let my son down no money involved whatsoever ! By a dad who love his son.

They are crooks in suites. Beware!! They are scammers they take advantage of you. Telling you that they have a retaining wall of $5000 that they need in order to begin your case. And then, they will never go over $3,000. It’s all a lie. They will take every last dollar and charge you for bogus things like$450 for paperwork that doesn’t make any sense. They will never notify of any new charges and when you try to dispute a charge they gas light you. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I am definitely reporting them to the credit business bureau.they have zero communication amongst each other. Yes, of course the lawyers are professional over the phone because they take advantage of your vulnerability. It’s sad that the only thing they seem to want is your money and not help you with your legal battles. My boyfriend filled out an SOA so that the lawyer would not have to show up to court to represent him for child custody. And he submitted all the paperwork in a timely manner and what happens the lawyer show up and they end charging my significant other $1,600 dollars. He called them several times trying to dispute this matter and all he got was a letter stating they would drop his case because he was not Returning there calls. Again, all they do is gaslight you in order to make you, the client look bad. Then, the so called legal aid on the phone says I have a script that I need to go by. So, yes they are little scammers behind phones that have a script to read to you and not care about your financial situation. We fired them, and still got an email saying we will no longer represent you as if they where the ones with the final say. They will take every last penny they can get from An honest working person. Save yourselves the headache and don’t do business with them. Shame on you guys for lying and making bogus false documents that are not according to what is going on with someone’s case.in the end nothing was resolved. We fired them. And there was a total of $7,000 dollars of charges with no idea or clue as to what they ever did for my boyfriend. $1,600 that they charged for going to court without our permission. After signing that SOA. All they had to do was division of assets and sell his home and get a divorce. Nothing was done! They are horrible. They are truly not for real father’s rights. At real fathers rights, do not respond to my post as I already know, that you’re script, will tell you to do so. But, perhaps it’s automated.
