When looking for an attorney, I wanted one who would represent my family & I, truly. One who would defend us against the opposing parties; someone to help remedy & successfully resolve fully all legal ramifications one may encounter when dealing with Probate Court matters. As an inexperienced client, facing legal entanglements in itself is quite intimidating. Most say you need a shark per se when dealing with precious yet valuable family estates. But upon my initial meeting with Attorney Daniel J. Tripathi of Cal-Lawyer PLC Probate, this firm exuded excellent excellent integrity. I thought to myself, this is not a permanent characteristic. Oh but it was and is Highly valued. Behind the walls of our court system & court rooms, this firm paints beautifully a picture of honesty, dignity, teamwork and respect towards families (their clients), & any prospective clients they stand to represent. This to me was an act of true service. So very satisfied with the right choice. Communication lines were always open without fail, from start to finish. We tapped into every modern day technological resource there is available to communicate with one another. From scheduled office visits, to scheduled telephone conference calls, to unscheduled cell phone calls, to emails, text messaging, scanning, etc… Regarding attendance for court appearances, Attorney Tripathi is very punctual & always present. No fears or worries that he will fail to appear for you. He or another experienced lawyer from his team was always there to represent. That was critically important to my family and I . We seek counsel for attorneys to interpret for us the law, a language that we have some difficulties fully comprehending. If left to appear solo we become vulnerable; and as the proverb says “ A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for his client” . Not once, did the attorney leave us standing alone to defend ourselves. Normally operates within Riverside, California but took up my case in Los Angeles. The opposing attorneys and their team deemed him as an unwelcomed fish in their pond or courtroom but he was not intimidated. His presence alone was a command for respect. Confident in his skillsets to handle the affairs of the family’s probate matter, he was ready to take the win. Quite impressive because that which he set out to do, he did victoriously. I was really impressed with the Morris Law Group. I hired them after my auto accident. Geoff and his staff were really professional. They worked very hard on my case and got a great result.

My mom and and dad were in a pretty bad car accident. I knew they needed an attorney, but did not know who to hire. I found The Morris Law Group on line. My mom and dad and myself met with Mr. Morris at his Riverside office. Right away I could tell that Mr,Morris knew what he was doing. My parents can be difficult, but Mr. Morris was very patient answering all of their questions. Once Mr. Morris and his staff got to work on my parents case things went very smoothly. My parents wanted to treat with their own family doctor, unfortunately their health insurance would require them to wait 6 weeks to get them in for physical therapy. Luckily Mr. Morris was able to refer them to a physical therapist much sooner. Mr. Morris was able to negotiate a good settlement for my parents. They were very happy with the Morris Law Group.

I was hurt at work and was not sure what to do. I called the Morris Law Group. I spoke to Mr. Morris regarding my claim. He did a good job of explaining how workers comp. works. He was very honest with me regarding what was in my best interest, no hard sell. I was worried about losing my job if I hired an attorney. After speaking to Mr. Morris it became obvious that I needed an attorney. I am glad I hired them. I would have been lost without an attorney. I got treatment and a settlement and still have my job. Great job.

Was a really good lawyer. Would definitely recommend as a excellent workers comp injury lawyer. Definitely keeps you in the loop the whole way through your case. Gets his clients what is promised and owed to them. Fights a good fight and wont settle for the bare minimal on anything.
