I can recomend mr Graham, he is one of the best lawyer in my experience with him I can say he is the best of the best..... going back in time when my son got into some trouble ended up in jail, got assign to diferent lawyer no good one keep telling my son so sing a guilty plead finally got transfer to mr GRAHAM at first I was discouraged he said my son was looking to prison time for over 10 years.. but mr ABRAHAM gave it 100% on my son's case we when to trail during does months was a battle people present in the court would come up to me and ask me how much was he getting paid they disnt believe me when I told them he was free .... and I'm saying no charge he was passing to us by public defenders office... so that what a true lawyer is all about believing on his client innocence and fight for it like it was his own life in play I'm really truly grateful to mr. GRAHAM my son is free no time only the time we spend fifht the case and a verdict of NO GUILTY .... so I can sure recommend his services imagen what he can do for some that pays him... i would definitely go for him if i ever need a lawyer.... thank you so much mr. Graham Donath helped one of my family members with the charges that included 3 felonies and the result was probation and work release. I couldn’t recommend him enough!! Literally so amazing. Never had to deal with law things before so I felt like a total idiot, but he totally talked me through everything and was helpful putting things in simple terms for me. He’s personable and fun and so professional. Out of all the lawyers I saw in the court room that day, he was by far the most professional and knew what he was doing the most. Used him twice, and both times got the case dismissed!

I was referred to Graham's office by a friend of mine, and a former client of his. Immediately after being arrested, and posting bail, I retained Mr. Donath's services. His office did me the favor of contacting the DA's office every single week for me FOR ALMOST AN ENTIRE YEAR, to see if they filed charges, in order to prevent me from missing court and/or getting a warrant. The district attorney finally filed against me, and I was facing 2 felonies, as well as a misdemeanor and an additional misdemeanor probation violation. They initially offered me 18 months in state prison, but Mr. Donath presented examples of case law proving that they had incorrectly filed the charges against me, and that they could not charge me with felonies, given the circumstances. The DA refused to relent, but so did Mr. Donath. After having the case referred to a new Judge for review of this discrepancy, I was only convicted of 1 misdemeanor, and also the misdemeanor probation violation, receiving only fines, community service, and a 60 day jail sentence. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Donath's office kept me informed of all updates, my representation was always early to court, and showed great professionalism and knowledge of the law. Mr. Donath and his team proved I could trust them, and I would refer them to anyone and anyone who is looking for a CAPABLE and TRUSTWORTHY criminal law lawyer. Thanks to him and his team for getting me home quickly. Thanks for everything.

Graham Donath has helped my family and myself tremendously with any legal issues we have had. He has gotten 3 felonies reduced to misdemeanors and no jail time on each case I’ve used him on. I’ve referred him to family and friends where he has reduced offers of state time to probation violations with no jail time. He was referred to another family member who was looking at serious DUI time,(5 years) and reduced it to a rehab program with minimum time served. He helped my brother go from 12 years to a reduced concurrent sentence. I will not use or recommend another lawyer. I highly recommend to anyone who has family or friends in need of help. He is someone who knows the system and his work and results speak for themselves.
