This is the second time I've worked with Kia and he's far exceeded my expectations in both. I'm not sure what Sarah C (Yelp Review) is talking about (pretty sure she's blaming everyone but herself for her own mistakes) but Kia and his team have always been nothing but professional and communicated with me throughout the process. In 2018 I was charged with a DUI after rear ending someone while in traffic, I was in school and receiving a DUI would greatly affect my future career. From day one him and his team walked me through the entire process, told me what I should do and always updated me when any changes or updates arose. He was able to get me a Wet and Reckless and allowed to finish school and proceed with my career. Unfortunately in 2020 I made the mistake of drinking a driving again, I was pulled over but remembered Kias advice form my previous case and was taken to the station where I blew a 1.11 and was charged with my 2nd DUI. This is where Kia stood out from and I knew he actually cared, when I called shortly after being released he literally said, Jason what are you doing, I'm not going to question you but you really have to ask yourself if you need help or having a drinking problem. Kia generally cared about me and while other lawyers would see this as an opportunity to cash in, he was genuinely concerned and disappointed. This most recent time working with him and his staff was the same as my first, professional, courteous, promont and knowledgeable. We had a meeting a week before my hearing and he told me what to expect, what the plan was as well as other possibilities to prepare for. I would've been happy with just receiving a count of DUI 1 instead of 2 but Kia was somehow able to get me another Wet and Reckless. The things we went over earlier the week went exactly as he stated and we were well prepared for all possible outcomes. I don't put much weight in Yelp reviews but I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity of working with Kia and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a lawyer. In my opinion he is the best lawyer you can get and will be the first attorney I reach out to regarding legal issues.

For example there lawyers who have have a team of attorneys or firm who passes your case to whoever it’s more convenient that day or court day. What I like about Kia is that you can call him, text at anytime within his office or firm hours and he will always answer, reply to your text, phone call or email. Which makes it super convenient as a client. Always do whatever Kia recommend best for your case like anger management, AA, domestic violence classes they will provide locations were you can attend those classes. I do not even know where to begin on the professionalism, precision and overall quality of Kia and his teams deliverance. I was referred by a friend and would NOT recommend anyone else but this Firm.
