Attorney Albelais was exactly who we needed, and we are so incredibly grateful. Our situation was, by our standards, challenging. We were in unchartered territory and also felt so strongly about what was best for our child and family. To us our case was an open and shut matter, but we required the expertise and genuine interest, concern and collaboration of a qualified attorney if we hoped to achieve our objectives. We felt listened to and respected through all parts of this process. When we had questions, she always listened and answered them, explaining the law to us, which was something we really needed for peace of mind. Attorney Albelais came alongside us as parents, bringing what we could not contribute but never dismissing our input. She is clever and is always strategizing. There were times in court when she came out of nowhere and made important points or exposed untruth, all of which seemed to contribute to us succeeding in obtaining the judgement we were petitioning for. The law was on our side in this matter, but we needed a caring and highly competent professional to make that case for us. I look forward to being able to legally adopt our daughter very soon and we are deeply appreciative of the part that Attorney Albelais has played and will play in protecting our daughter and providing her with the stability and childhood she deserves. Would highly recommend. Estate planning is a very exacting science. We needed to have our Trust updated and Karen found some issues with how the original Trust was set up which would have caused major issues down the line. Everything was taken care of! When I found Stacy Albelais website, at first I wasn't sure if to contact her or not but they gave me a phone consultation and after talking to them I requested their services, they were very helpful and kept me updated on my case, every time I didn't understand something they were willing to clarify my doubts as soon as possible either by text, emails, or phone calls and always made sure I understood everything by explaining step by step and providing information regarding my case. They were good about getting their money. They quote one thing with the retainer fees and then they almost double the cost/fees when you have to make monthly payments. They did help getting me in contact with my kids and almost no help with child support. Update: the office staff is amazing and wonderful to work with. They resolved a few things that have come up since my case ended. But still maxed out credit cards and put me in alot of debt because of them charging for the time it took for the courts to open due to covid. Still stand with them charging too much because of things out of my hands with the courts were closed because of covid.

If I could write a review as amazing as the responsive declaration Stacy's law office wrote for me I would! Hiring Stacys law office was the best thing I could have done for my child court custody case because her paralegals were very experienced in theyre profession. They basically thought for me and wrote up my responsive declaration exactly how I would have written it if I would have made it myself. I am very grateful for all Stacy and her staff have done in helping my daughter with her child custody case.
