I was facing 16 months in prison for a SERIOUS drug charge, DUI, and child endangerment. Sean was able to get me a 120 day jail sentence which I was able to serve on home detention. Four years probation, 16 weeks of DUI classes, 52 weeks of child endangerment classes. After completing all my classes, paying all fines and completing my house arrest we went back to court and Sean was able to have my probation terminated early and completly expunge my record of all charges. If you have a case in Riverside county Sean is the man!

I hired him and payed him upfront(which is normal i guess). He proceeded with the hearings for me, and when it came to settle he didnt even show up! He sent someone that knew nothing about my case/previous case. He tries to trick you into settling fast to make his life easier, they told me the courts wanted a 4 month program, but failed to tell me the DMV required me to do 18 month if i wanna drive again. I have hear they do this to ALOT of people!

I hire Sean in 2009 for an attempted murder case, of course it take some time, but man o man I WON MY CASE. This man knows his law, thank GOD for him.

This dochebag is a fraud! His knees are calloused from doing the D.A.’s of crooked dirty Riverside. He thinks of his clients as suckers…the quintessential con artist, thief! I lost my career and life because he is bedfellows with crooked D.A.’s of Riverside. A socialist pushing femminism turning his back on his own gender, an offender to God (a MAN)! Hopefully his vax’d, the filty KU…NT!!

This man was hired as my public defender my advice to anyone that is in the fight for their life immediately have this man remove from your case as he will have you still in prison serving the remainder of your sentence. His representation in courts is horrible as he doesn’t speak well at all. You would do better being your own attorney. He lack communication doesn’t establish client , attorney boundaries. Very bias. Be smart and do not hire are have this man represent you at All.

I hired him to defend me and it’s seems like he works with the DA’s because on the day of my sentence him and the DA left the court room laughing while I was in cuffed to do 2 years while him knowing that I was innocent

Hired in good faith to represent me. Unfortunately, he did not show up a few times, then in front of judge, "lost it" to throw case.. It would have been better had this man not showed up.

I hired Sean to represent me on a warrant from 25 years ago. I live in Minnesota and have a full life with Kids, Wife, business and just an all around busy life. I found out I had a warrant from when I was in California in 1992. Being a Christian man who lives by truth I wanted to stand up for this warrant even though it was a non extradite warrant and there were no consequences to me except for in California. I wanted to do the next right thingbut did not want to have to come to Cali if we could just resolve it. The public defender in Riverside was worthless.. didn't want to waste the courts time is what they told me. Other attorneys wanted much more money without even saying how they would work for me. Sean and his staff were awesome and resolved the impossible without me coming to Riverside and all in less than 2 weeks. Thank you Sean for your help and for standing with me through this scary event. Sean is a gentleman, honest, and trustworthy...obviously, I hired from half way across the United States! Sean Davitt is by far one of the best attorneys around. When i was arrested I had 14 counts pending against me including 3 felonies, with sean he was unbelivable and got all 14 counts reduced down to just 1 misdameanor count if i had the extra money I would pay this man double.
