There is so much I want to say about this firm! I am indebted to them! Phil Greenberg, his Father (Dan), his paralegal Maricela, his front desk girls Robin and Erika, just to name a few, Phil Greenberg has the “DREAM TEAM” you want on your side. If you or a family member or a friend are ever in need to obtain an attorney go with Greenberg & Greenberg, they will NOT let you down!!! Phil is the BEST in the game let alone BEST dressed attorney out there and from my experience with the firm they are the BEST thing money can buy!!! I had to retain an attorney quick for my husband, a friend of mines referred me to Phil Greenberg/Greenberg & Greenberg, since they were also absolute satisfied with their outcome with Phil’s services. I called Phil on a weekend (Saturday afternoon) left a voicemail and within 5 minutes Phil called back, (I was surprised that he did since it was a weekend) so if your reading this and it’s a holiday or a weekend even if it’s a late night early morning, and you need an attorney give him a call leave a message and I guarantee you, he will call you back! So he called back, I explained my situation to him, he did not once interrupted me nor rushed me off the phone. He listened and was so kind. He said “come into the office Monday let’s talk about it again and go from there.” Prior to meeting with Phil, I was not able to eat nor sleep, thought my whole world was going to collapsed. The thought of not having my husband home and be apart from our kids was the worst feeling ever. After meeting with Phil, he worked out a plan and quoted me such a remarkable, affordable fee that I could make in payments, which SOLD me! Also, how can you go wrong, Two Greenbergs for the price of one! “Where do I sign” ?!! So I retained “Greenberg & Greenberg” on September of 2017 for my Husband, My Husband was arrested and charged with a felony and 5 counts facing 2 years plus another 2 years. My husband had a prior “STRIKE”. -Long story short I obtain Phil in September of 2017, My husband was in custody since I couldn’t afford both bail and hiring an attorney at the same time. Phil represented my husband anyways, when most attorneys prefer to have their clients bailed out to represent. The plan Phil had was to present a “Romero’s Motion” to strike out the “STRIKE”. If granted my husbands sentencing would be reduced to No Prison time, Time served in county and get Probation. After fighting the case for 5 months I was than able to bail my husband out, within 3 months out of custody, Phil played his cards and presented the “Romero’s Motion”. Which he got “Granted” and took it home!!! Phil delivered!!! I am truly thankful for his hard work and dedication, after all these months we worked together on my husband case, Phil isn’t just our attorney, he is family, his entire firm is family to us. After the case was settled, I continued to retained Phil again to represent my husband for upcoming progress court dates. Phil called just the other day that he had went into court for my husband to give the court an update and was told he didn’t have to represent us anymore due to my husband being on probation whicthe Probation officer would report progress to the courts for us. Therefore Phil services was not needed. I had already paid Phil in full and he could of kept it, but he called me and told me he was going to refund me back the service fee, because he said it wouldn’t be appropriate to keep also he knows that I have a family and kids to support, he wouldn’t feel right keeping the money. That right there People is what we need more in this world, Attorneys Like “Phil Greenberg” Greenberg & Greenberg are absolutely A “PRESTIGE” firm “ONE OF A KIND”.

I was first notified of my allegations in June of 2017. My case finally came to an end May of 2018. I went through my life without ever being in trouble; I mean, for me to get a parking ticket would make me feel like a big dark cloud was hovering over me! Since the allegations, I would sit there on the edge of my bed every night wondering what had gone wrong. Then, my mom and brother found a lawyer for me. To be honest, my mom picked the Greenberg Law Firm because they had 5- star ratings, and, more so, because they "are so handsome"-- words of my mother! :) The minute I walked into the Greenberg & Greenberg Law Firm, I was greeted by the sweetest voice coming from behind the front desk. Erika was there with a smile and was very professional from the start. I could not say enough about Erika-- her patience, her diligence, and her understanding of what I felt to be "urgent" at that moment was so appreciated-- I am thoroughly grateful. Between me, my mom, and my brother...and the media... contacting Mr. Greenberg for every little question, I am sure that his patience was tested, but he was incredibly professional throughout this process and always gave me the best and most thoughful advice. I knew Mr. Greenberg was going to be a great choice for me and for my family, but he proved to be beyond what I had expected when I saw him at the first court hearing. He came in like a pit bull and I felt like he, truly, sympathized with me and the situation that I was in. His passion was shown and presented at every one of my hearings. Greenberg & Greenberg are truly amazing at what they do. If you ever find yourself in a bind, you should call them right away. I was facing multiple felonies and thought my life would be in shambles.
