Phil is the best! If you need a defense attorney this is your man. Phil helped me get my charges dropped and avoid jail time. The attorneys at Greenberg and Greenberg are all extremely good people and care about their clients. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire them.

Unfortunately in my life ive had to use an attorney a couple different times. Most of the time I have regretted hiring who i hired. Hiring them only to feel like another file on their desk. This is by far the best law firm i have ever used. They are extremely professional , helpful. And they actually care about you as a person. I wont use anyone else moving forward, although i hope i never have to.

I had some legal issues from 2014 that I needed help clearing. Called around to different attorneys and decided to go with Greenberg because they are so unbelievably kind, professional, and they know what they are doing! They take the time to explain my case, answer my questions and very are patient with me since I am unfamiliar with legal terms. I know every case is different but thanks to them my warrant was removed, my probation revoked and I am working with them to expunge my record. These guys saved me from having to go back to jail or even come back to California since I moved out of the state over six years ago. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone that has criminal case especially if your situation is like mine. Thank you again!

The Greenberg & Greenberg team are an amazing group to say the least. They are very generous with the prices considering the service they bring to the table! I was for sure facing Jail time, but thanks to Daniel Greenberg I was able to avoid Jail time, instead serving my sentence on parole! Very good team, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Charles is the man! He represented me on several violations of formal probation and the court system was trying to give me 3 years in state prison. He worked a deal with the D.A. for me to go to a 60 day residential behavioral and substance program to show I was serious about staying out of trouble. With that being said, my pronation officer still wanted me to go do straight time for the remainder of my sentence and I don't know how Charles pulled it off, but ended up with only 25 days of outpatient with no additional jail time.
