Jerry is a perfect strategist. He knows how to analyze a complex situation and creatively strategize his client out of jam. He helped me win a very difficult legal case that my previous lawyer at a big, prestigious law firm told me was unwinnable. Jerry is sure brilliance; he can pull rabbits out of hats you didn’t even know you were wearing.

I was being sued for $16 million in six separate lawsuits by former business partners and lenders after I had to walk away from several real estate projects that went under in the 2008 recession. Jerry formulated a sophisticated game plan from the start on how to handle all six cases, and end result: four were dismissed and two were settled for pennies on the dollar. I avoided bankruptcy, preserved my credit and was able to move on with my business and I forever thank Jerry for that. He is incredibly smart and strategic in ways I never before have seen from an attorney.
