Thanks to Susan and team! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful from the first phone call, everyone has been great. I had no idea what to do after buying a bad car and I'm so thankful I called Lemon Law Associates of CA. The case was settled quicker than expected and I was very happy with the outcome and the settlement. I would highly recommend Susan and the law firm for any lemon law issues. Stay away from this office! I have not heard from them in over two months! They disappeared, no one ever answers the phone, email, text ! They are horrible with communication. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They’ve had my case since August and I have no idea what is happening.

My case wasn't even considered, I was sad and ok, I just hoped there would be something clearer in the communication

HELPFUL and professional even when I didn’t use their service. I called them for a consultation. Jorge reviewed my brand new car issues. He told me I had a very strong case but recommended that I deal with the car maker directly first so that the timeframe for the buyback would be shorter. He even gave me advise on how to handle the buyback with them. And welcomed my business if the car maker didn’t make me the right offer. This is a very trustworthy business to give legal advice when they could’ve tried to take my business just to make money. Definitely would go to them first for any car lemon law issues!!
