Harlan Kistler and his staff helped us out so much. Our car was rear ended by a truck. This sent me to the Trama Unit with multiple injuries, my wife and daughter also sustained injuries. In spite of our multiple broken bones, brain bleeds, permanent spinal injuries etc., our insurance company refused to pay out and tried to get us to sign forms and make statements in recorded conversations to relieve them of liability. At that point we knew we needed help. Harlan and his staff took over and helped reduce the 100's of thousands in medical bills and slowly and persistently got the insurance company to finally pay out on our uninsured motorist policy. There is no way we would have been able to handle this on our own. The Kistler staff were caring, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. Shame that our insurance company had no integrity and was uncaring toward us even though we had been customers for probably 30 years. I very highly recommend Mr. Kistler and his team to anyone.
