Harlan and Nolan were a breath of fresh air compared to the Los Angeles law firm I was referred to. This well know Los Angeles law firm advertises on tv and has a lot of billboards. Unfortunately, the Los Angeles firm or at least my case agent was unorganized and couldn't even manage doctors records. I transferred to Harlan after getting frustrate. Changing to Harlan was the best decision. The case was complicated and they provided outstanding service and guided me through the difficult process. I learned a valuable lesson, don't trust the flashy advertising, the big LA offices will not provide the personalized service Harlan and Nolan provided. Highly recommended that if you have an unfortunate accident, see Harlan.
