I had a personal injury case that started in January 2019. My first attorney did absolutely nothing for me. I hardly ever talked with him. In January 2022, I received a letter from him dismissing himself from the case saying he could do nothing for me but I better hurry and find another attorney due to statute of limitations regarding time. Another attorney, Ashley Lakain, hired by my first attorney was great. She kept me informed as to what was going on. I was able to reach her most of the time and when I couldn't, she always returned my calls in a timely fashion. At a certain point, for reasons I am unsure of, she had to recuse herself from the case. But if it weren't for her, I would have never known about Matthew Price, Esq. and his wonderful team, Jana Frizelle being one of them, at the law office of Duque / Price. Matthew and his team did more for me in 10 months than my first attorney did in 3 years. He was able to settle my case. When they ran into a glitch, I was informed. In fact, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They listened to me, they were compassionate and understanding. I could have not have found a better attorney by myself.
