Daniel Moffatt is an excellent attorney. One that has helped me obtain great results in my DUI case. Mr. Moffatt is extremely responsive to any questions that I had throughout the process and kept me informed on matters of my case at all times. Not only that but he worked hard to make things as convenient for me as possible. My case is in Riverside but I live in San Diego, Daniel was very accommodating when it came to scheduling the dates to appear in court and even appear a few times on my behalf while I was traveling. He didn't drag the case out for too long and kept fighting for me. Overall a great individual and lawyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone else finding themselves in similar legal situations.
