After being involved in a bad accident involving a drunk driver, my family and I knew we needed to seek legal help to make sure everything gets taken care of. I initially had a fall and called a couple of attorneys before this firm. They either told me they couldn’t help me or my case was difficult. Went online and decided to call this firm. Since the moment they took my call they have made me feel at ease. They took all my information, answered all my questions and basically told me what the next steps were. To them my case was not difficult since they had experience with these type of cases. I also told them that I may be tight with funds and may not be able to attend all doctors appointments but they assured me that they can cover the costs. Anything I needed they were there for me. Bridget Duque was awesome. She is the paralegal and answered all my questions, always giving me updates and on top of my case. Never made me feel like I was just put to the side. Attorney Jordan Davidoff made my mediation smooth. He even got to know me and my life. He explained the process and f mediation and what will be happening and in between session he would ask me questions about me as to not make it a stressful situation. Best Law firm!! For a company that prides themselves on keeping you out of handcuffs they do a terrible job, in fact, they did the complete opposite and was the cause. They dont like to keep tabs on your case. The lawyer I got through them did not pay attention to my case and looked at my case over 2 weeks after my arraignment so I got a warrant. Also, for some reason they would speak only to my mother about promises and costs. Then when I asked about them, they seemed to have no recollection about it, even though they were representing me and I was paying them. ALSO, I dont know if I had gotten "the new guy" but the deal that he got me, that he swore up and down was the best that I could get, was terrible and he used none of the things I gave him to help my case, which I found out from another firm that I could have gotten a lot better deal using what I had provided him. I just wish I had known all of this when I contacted them, I would just used the one the courts give. Would have had a better deal and a better lawyer.
