This guy is a CROOK!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! He settled a case for $14,800.00 out of court for my daughter getting rammed by a semi size truck as she was driving South on I-5 during a rainstorm in the dark. Police report puts the guy 100% at fault!!!Cop said most don't survive an impact like that! She is lucky. Totalled her vehicle, and permanent injury. I paid medical bills Mr. Brent Duque said I would be reimbursed but HE KEPT THE MONEY FOR HIMSELF!!!!! He's an angry visits man who should lose his licence

This is the most disrespectful Law Firm don't know how to talk to people don't know how to call back takes 10 months to do anything...ME. So you won't call me you won't answer the phone are you sure you're really a lawyer.... THEM....I’m on the other line. you need to relax.... this is how they talk to people and they're the one taking too long... 3 thumbs down...... I've been calling to talk to Brent Duque and can't get an answer I've been calling to talk to my lawyer and can't get an answer if you ask me I think they get Negative Stars
