This guy guenually wants to help his clients. After a extended vacation I came home to find my business had been served and missed the court date due to my absence. This guy was amazing in a short hour session. He gave me all the knowledge and told me exactly what to do in order for a retrial. A short hour and a small amount of money saved me 10,000. He was honest knowledgeable and didn't seem in it just for the money.

It was a genuine pleasure working with attorney, Mark Mellor. Having worked with other attorneys in the past, I found Mark to be very different. My case was a very complicated one involving poor and incomplete work performed by a previously hired attorney...pending arbitration hearing....loan modification difficulties, etc. To my surprise, Mark was first interested in understanding what would ultimately satisfy the difficult situation possibly through negotiation and was very frank and direct about our options. Ultimately, our situation was resolved within one week after taking his advice which spared us a great deal of cost proposed by another attorney. I would highly recommend Mr. Mellor and sincerely thank him for the work he did for my family.

A rare find in any business today, much less when it comes to legal affairs. I found in my consultation that Atty. Mellor cared more about my needs than the 'billable hours' as he was professional, detailed, knowledgeable, clear and thorough. He answered all of my loan modification versus short sale questions, plus the questions I should have asked but did not, which is just as important to me. After our consultation, I did not feel I needed another consultation or more information from him or anyone else. I am also happy to have found someone I will confidently refer to clients.

I liked Mr Mark Mellor because of his experience and knowledge about real estate and I did not like to pay for initial consultation should be free even later can be applied toward the case balance.
