They are helping me out with my workers comp and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Sandra especially helped me through all the initial paperwork and documents, and clearly explained all the possible outcomes and scenarios. No other workers comp law group was as helpful or explained what was happening as clearly as Sandra did!

Although I didn't end up hiring this "law group", I did in fact receive some of the worst attitude for an intake as well as misinformation. There was no time put into the case before they simply stated, "it's been too long." Now there are different factors that entail my case that were not looked at with the new statue of limitations law, and I realize these are new laws that an up to date lawyer would have, but I wouldn't trust this law firm with my case because of the lack of education for them. On top of that, the intake person was EXTREMELY insensitive, which would not be great for someone with anxiety or PTSD from the issues at hand that may need a more professional, and kind representative. They called four times in a row, back to back...that is not acceptable for any type of business.

I wish I would have used someone else. They’re aren’t very communicative, didn’t get back to me about questions I had and I would have to reach out to them multiple times just to get a response. I was going through a lot during my process with the company I was going after i unfortunately had to settle for a lot less than I could have gotten.
