I read the reviews for this firm and I will admit there are many poor reviews, about lack of communication with the Attorney, which made me nervous as I had already hired this firm to represent me but then my Lawyer sent me paperwork assuring me not to worry about not hearing from them and just to let them do their job, so I did. Now only 2x months after filing my claim I find Attorney Saranya Murugaiyan fought for me behind the scene from start to finish. After dealing with a company who took no responsibility for my injury, my case has now resolved in my favor. Ms.Sandra Salgado is a tremendous asset to your organization. She has been extremely helpful to me in resolving issues involving the workers compensation insurance carrier problems that I incurred during my multple Physical Therapy authorizations that PMA INSURANCE constantly would denied me in my most critical time of the rehabilitation process. Had it not been for her due diligence, tenacity persistent effort in making sure that I recieved my on going treatments, I would be way behind in the recovery process stemming from the Knee replacement surgery that I had back on March 27th 2024. She was very instrumental in getting my last Physical Therapy request approved for 12 more sessions just this last week after numerous denials from PMA, hopefully this will be the last request and I will be on the road to a full recovery eventually.
