I have been in law enforcement for the past 22 years and never had any issues that Brandi Harper could handle with ease. Brandi is very knowledgeable in her field and has great communication skills which makes her so approachable and great to work with. Brandi has been working with our police union as a legal representative during contract negotiations, and has worked relentlessly to get our union what we deserve. Brandi is a hardworking and persevering lawyer who you can depend on at zero dark thirty hours when an officer involved shooting occurs. She has been available many countless nights with a single phone call. Brandi always answers her phone no matter what time it is and is ready for any police issues that arise. Upon meeting Brandi for the first time I was impressed and amazed to see her relationships with her clients. Her clients spoke very highly of her, so our association decided to have a consultation with her. At the time of our consultation our association was dealing with a legal matter in which our legal representation at the time told us was un-defendable and not in our best interest to pursue any further action. Based on the fact it involved the safety of some our members we decided to have a consultation with Brandi. At the conclusion of our meeting with Brandi the board and association decided to switch our legal representation to Brandi. With advice from Brandi we decided to pursue our matter and we were able to come up with a mutual agreement for both parties. Our association has been extremely pleased and satisfied with Brandi's expertise and experience. I would recommend Brandi Harper to my law enforcement colleagues. Sometimes she's slow to answer an email or phone call, but with a few nudges, she won't hesitate to contact you. That's also common in this industry. In the past, I've had quite a few attorneys. Brandi is one of the most honest attorneys I've dealt with. She didn't promise me the moon in my settlement, but with the award I received, I was able to maintain some dignity of what was done to me unlawfully. You can't expect to get a + $1 million dollar award if your case isn't worth that much. Anyone that promises that to you without any merit deserves to be reconsidered. I also liked how Brandi let me have control in the outcome of my case. And last, I liked how Brandi explained each procedure to me and never left me in the dark.
