I was hired to deliver a proof of service to dawn sanez and upon my arrival the secretary told me she would be back in the office for about a hour and that I could not leave it with her assistant because she was on her lunch break rite there in front of me and wanted me to wait a hour so I waited thirty mins and a another secretary arrived back from lunch and I approached her asking if I can leave the legal documents with her to make sure that dawn sanez received them and she said yes upon me leaving the first secretary yelled I told you to wait an hour before handing anybody anything your disturbing our lunch break to some it all up she shows up at the court date and lies to the judge and says that she was never served any paper work as that I will say she is a liar and does not take her bar oath serious and I'm still consiplating on rather or not to sue her on assassinating my creditability to who hired me . So I give a thumbs down next to dog poop.

Wow! Wow, is literally the first word that comes to mind! Dawn has represented me for two years in two separate court appearances in front of the judge. Both times she annihilated my ex! What she does is a work of art. Literally, a subject matter expert in all things custody, and DOES NOT back down. She is a bulldog that commands the court room and demands respect. When you make the decision to call Dawn, know this, she is not your friend; she is your attorney. She will tell you like it is and she makes sure she has YOU and YOUR CHILDRENs best interest at the forefront of her mind at all times. Like it or not, she tells you the truth, she tells you what you NEED to hear and not what you WANT to hear. (This is crucial when fighting for custody) You have to learn to let go of the reigns and let her do her job. You won’t regret it. She is incredible to watch. Her staff runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone has a job and they all perform their jobs with incredible professionalism. I have never been so informed and kept up to date on every aspect of my case. When asking for choices and/or advice I was always given ALL of my choices (good, bad or indifferent). I always had the final choice/decision, and I was always supported no matter the choices I made. Dawn does not accept defeat and failure is not an option. When looking for representation remember this…. You need an ATTORNEY. Not a lawyer. You need someone that leads from the front and not afraid to show their intestinal fortitude when faced with some of the most intimidating circumstances. (FYI, Dawn is intimidated by NO ONE….. Literally, NO ONE!) My only regret is not having her as my attorney during my actual divorce. She said everything I couldn’t say in court….. and her words to my ex will forever live rent free in my mind!! Dawn and staff, thank you for the support, guidance and peace of mind you gave me. I am forever grateful.

Ms. Saenz truly cares about her clients and the children they often represent. She is amazing, and will fight to protect and support them. The five star reviews are from her clients - the poor reviews are from the people who lost to her in court - not her clients. I would give her more stars if I could.

DAWN SAENZ IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND DOESNT HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR CHILDRENS BEST INTEREST. HER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE AND HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS NEED HELP

I have wanted to write a review for Ms. Saenz for a while now, but to describe in words how amazing she and her office are doesn’t do her justice! From the very first time I met with her, she has been so helpful and informative. She is definitely not afraid to tell it like it is! I have had multiple people ask for her information after watching her in the courtroom and I feel so happy and proud to be represented by the best in the business. You need to hire her before anyone else can because she does not lose! (I personally know commenter David Adonis as he was the opposing party in my case, and safe to say, his lawyers could not keep up with her! Explains the nasty review.. )

I’ve had issues with her she’s mishandled cause lies and a type of manipulation to my case where it’s all false accusation being affected cause of her. She’s very corrupt and not humanitarian just for her compensation. She’s evil .no stars

She ripped me off years ago she is corrupt and moves offices like I change underwear. She shouldn't be trusted She will take your retainer and then relocate and move. She will do nothing for you She is corrupt and a terrible lawyer. I worked with her years ago and still have a bad taste in my mouth because of it. Steer clear.

Dawn Saenz made a very stressful situation seem like it was a piece of cake. I felt defeated and overwhelmed and even after just a consult I felt better. Then once she really went to work on my case I was absolutely impressed. I can’t thank her and her team enough for the relief I feel today. She is truly amazing!

I came to her in my time of need and she took my lack of knowledge on family law and completely sabotage my case she made it possible for the mother of my child to be able to relocate my daughter to another state with no visitation . she did the oppositive of fight for my god giving right to raise my daughter. she claims that "fathers have right", she even has that in print on a sign in front of her place of business. When she gave me no voice or rights. she didn't fight for me point blank period.. i paid her a lump sum with was agreed upon, to cover my legal fees and she still tried to charge me an additional fee for my last court date witch led her to abandon me before my last court date. I'm lucky i paid her cash because when i was filing paperwork in her office i witnessed another one of her clients come to her office in rage because she never communicated or authorized to her any payment for $1,500.00 on her debit card and she demanded some answer

If you are a father, and see that your child is not getting there needs met with their mother or even being wronged by the mother you need to contact Dawn. From consultation to mediation to the court day itself she is amazing. She has an amazing staff as well. She’s a straight shooter. She’s not an attorney who’s going to tell you just what you want to hear to take your money. She’s a realist. She’s not one of these attorneys who specializes in a million things and not mastered in any of them. Fathers rights and child welfare are her specialty. She’s a true master of her craft. Everything she said at the consultation is what came to be with the results. I’m so happy I had issues for 9yrs with my sons mother and in 6 months all the wrongs were righted.

Ms. Saenz is exactly who you want in the court room when fighting for your children! She is honest and will tell you exactly like it is, and dominates the courtroom. She is tough, and fair. Get her before whoever you are going against does!
