Gary answered my question kindly and with lots of helpful information. Others answered it rudely and made me feel like an idiot. He heard me out and gave me advice and knowledge of what he knows based on the limited information provided. This is what is respected and appreciated from attorneys/lawyers.

Gary's prompt advice to me on this forum truly made a lot of sense.
My prior lawyer had complicated my case even more and has been harassing me with ridiculous bills that were never specified in the contract.

Gary was extremely helpful with a complicated property issue that had been concerning me for years.
He is very knowledgable and explained things clearly in an easy-to-understand way and I appreciated the time he spent researching the issue even though he admitted this issue was not within his specific areas of expertise - so he spent tim eon it knowing he was going to refer me elsewhere.
