Please people. Stay away from this firm. Shauna Albright and Sierra Denny are absolutely awful. They will drop you mid trial and trick you into signing a substitution for attorney. They let my kids go right into our abusers arms even with police reports, videos and officer reports. My own child told the court appointed therapist that his daddy hurts us and the judge never heard any of it. The judge was never presented with 6+ violent police incidents or videos of him breaking our restraining order. Sierra Denny does not prep you or herself for trials. Sierra Denny will forget to add items into court papers. Sierra Denny does not even attempt to obtain the full case reports. sierra Denny refused to ask for financial assistance for my children even though we had no food or Christmas because she said it would make me LOOK bad. Sierra Denny has never even learned my name the entire 6+ months of representation and emailed me by wrong client names. Sierra Denny forgot where we held off in our last hearing and completely forgot to bring the evidence. The judge was very displeased with her and Shauna Albright won't lift a finger to help aid her attorneys in correct preparation. Please be weary trust me I thought they were great on paper too. Also I needed subpoenas for my hearing and Sierra Denny had almost 2 months to get them and never even tried. Her assistant Mary literally gave me the vendor 3rd party company they use to obtain the subpoenas on my own less then 24 hours before my hearing and did you know it takes 5 to 21 days to get them lol? I beg you choose another firm!

I cannot speak more highly of this team. Attorney Brandy Tristao stepped in at the tail end of an already long and drawn out divorce. Due to COVID my prior counsel had to step away from my case, leaving a trial date looming and limited groundwork completed. The case was complex, due to very novel financial circumstances, and with very limited leverage to try and force a settlement. Brandy was always honest with the possible outcomes, the strengths and weaknesses of our positions, and prepared me for trial in a way that made me feel comfortable and ready. The trial lasted several days and she used her time wisely, creating a clear record and giving the court what they needed to carefully weigh the facts. The staff was equally as commendable. I sent along years worth of case documents and within a short window the team built a winning case. Having lived with my case for so long I thought I knew every aspect of our arguments, but Brandy was able to take a fresh look and create a more focused picture at trial. From what I'm told most divorces dont go all the way to a full trial; as it was the unfortunate case mine did, I am glad I had Ms. Tristao as Counsel. She prevailed in the most difficult financial aspects of the case and won a fair judgement, allowing me to start my life on more solid ground than I've had in five years.

I was fortunate enough to find the law offices of Gary S. Austin. I didn't have any experience with the court system, and was left no option, with my previous representation. With only 2 days left before my court date, Attorney Austin agreed to take my case. He took the time to listen and really understand the depth of the matter. My court case became a trial that lasted over a year. Within that time Attornery Austin remained a strong and constant support. He gave me the confidence, I didn't have at the start of my case. From our initial consultation Mr. Austin was genuinely engaged and quick to render the necessary effort, service and attention to my case. There was no “go-around”, he is relatable yet concise/efficient. Mr. Austin concisely offered solutions to address the matters of my case in an effective and efficient manner. I emphasize efficient because he intentionally kept my budget in mind unselfishly. Being unfamiliar with the legal process is intimidating however, I felt confident throughout the case, without “legal massaging” just clear effective solutions. These traits are a rare find in today’s family law industry considering the volume an attorney may bare. Mr. Austin’s ethics, maneuvering and poise in the face of outlandish and potentially case jeopardizing claims/allegations was comparable to that of a “marksman” aimed towards achieving targets in favor of a decision for the best interest of my child. It was a multi faceted rewarding experience working with Mr. Austin. My only regret is not retaining him sooner. I encourage you to consult and retain him immediately, do not hesitate. Brandy Tristao has been my attorney during my divorce this past year. She always listened and provided sound advice. I cannot express how much trust and confidence I have in her. I will provide one example: I am elderly and have health issues. Without my knowledge, my ex-wife terminated my health insurance. I didn’t find out until I tried to refill a prescription and was told my insurance had lapsed. When I called my retirement board they said I couldn’t be reinstated for six months. To make a long story short, after.I told Brandy about it, I had my insurance back a week later, thus saving me a lot of money and maybe my life. I am very happy and pleased that I chose Ms Albright’s office and Ms Tristao to represent me in my divorce. I heartily recommend this firm!

I chose Shauna because of her several years experience, I was quoted $150 for a 30 minute consultation, I had many questions regarding my upcoming divorce & split of assets. Upon my arrival I was told ill be meeting with one her alot less experienced staff which I had never agreed.since I was already there I continued to speak to one of her associates, she wasn't able to answer several of my basic questions, she keept saying" I don't know the answer I'll have to do some research & let u know ". I said ok do ur research & get me the answers, she replied in order to do so I had to first reatin them & pay a retaniet fee. I don't mind paying a retiner fee, but how do u put ur fate in an attorney that can't answer some basic questions. I believe shuana Albright is justing being used for her expertise to get u to the firm, once u there u will dealing with some other unexperianced staff. Although I didn't pay a consultation fee I wasted one day which I couldn't afford to loss to my situation. It's just like scheduling ur heart surgery with an experienced heart surgeon but at the day of the surgery instead of the experienced surgeon u see a physician assistant who wants to perform the surgery.

I can't say enough good things about Spencer and Seyb Law Group! I was really worried and scared when I hired them, and they made me feel like they would do their absolute best job on my case. I had a lot of questions about it because I hadn't been through anything like this before, and Spencer was patient, knowledgeable, and kind every time I talked to him.
