I hired Mr. Austin to represent me in my family law child custody case. As a father seeking more time with my children, I didn’t know how to effectively argue my case before the court, or what rights and privileges I had. Mr. Austin took my case enthusiastically, and from the get go was compassionate, understanding of the details of my case, and always made me feel heard. Mr. Austin effectively communicated my thoughts and requests of the court in all declarations and paperwork. He was fast in responding to all queries via phone, email, and text. He also talked with me frequently via phone throughout the whole process and gave me a much needed sense of security going into court. On the day of the hearing, Mr. Austin faithfully argued my side and represented me in all matters to the judge and the other attorney. He was calm, professional, and got me most of what I was requesting from the court. I hired Mr. Austin about may of this year regarding a custody battle with the father of my son. He wanted more time with our son and had several accusations against me. When hiring Mr. Austin I had no idea what to expect. But Mr. Austin did his job really well. He was Continuously communicating about my case. I hired Mr. Austin for a custody dispute. My ex was trying to get full custody of my daughter. I was scared and didn't want to trust my case to just anyone. I have hired a couple attorneys in the past and know that there are good attorneys and bad ones. I am so happy that I hired Mr. Austin. He is professional, he knows the law and is excellent in court. Although he doesn't share this, I discovered that he has represented an individual in a very high profile case in the past. He got me everything I wanted. He completely related to my case and understood that my daughter was very important to me. If there is any negative, I would say that he is very down to earth.
