Awesome atty. He gets right to business.

I was referred by a friend to Gary Austin and I was so scared to reach out not knowing who I could trust with my child custody case because of the fear of not having someone to fight for me the way I would need them to. Gary instantly made me feel safe and secure in my decision of choosing him, he asked what I needed and wanted and made it happen. He literally saved me. As a parent we all know our children are everything to us and more and he made sure to help me and protect me and be my voice in court. I was very happy with how he handled my case and got my child custody visitation back in order by an emergency order and still till this day he responds back with any questions I may have with my case. I love my son and after the other parent wanted to move away and take him with her I knew I needed help. By the end of the case Mr. Austin saved my relationship with my son and I'm happy with his work helping me keep my son close to me. I reached out to Mr Austin after looking at several attorneys. He guided me through both the court process and dealing with the other parent - which at times was exhausting. What I appreciated most was his understanding of what a father faces when they may lose their relationship with their child and the stress of the process. He was clear, understanding and forceful. After going through the court process, I can tell you that you shouldn't do it alone and if you were looking for someone to push for you and your family, you should contact Mr Austin. His real concern is doing what's best for your family and making sure you have a voice that judges take seriously.

I am currently in an on going custody battle and Mr. Austin and his firm have been nothing but a blessing. He is not about the money but actually helping families. I still have a fight to continue but I couldn't have made it this far without him.

From the get go, Mr. Austin gave us the attention, time, and compassion that we were looking for. We had a different lawyer who went to the first court date and was very unprofessional, rude, and didn't fight for him whatsoever which is why we decided to hire Gary Austin to replace him. This case was for my boyfriend to get a court order to have his parenting time with his daughter because the mother abruptly denied him his visitations and parenting time that he was used to having. Our case had an uncooperative party and issues of the mother trying to make out that my boyfriend was "unfit". Luckily, Mr. Austin handled our concerns well and assured us that everything was going to be fine and that the court was not going to take away his visitations just because the mother thinks they should. And he was right! Because of Mr. Austin, my boyfriend got more than what he previously had and what he (and his daughter) deserve. Mr. Austin was very passionate in court and really fought to get as close to equal time for both parents as he could get and he succeeded at doing that, even though the mother was not cooperating and was unhappy with all of it. He is quick to respond to any emails or calls and stays very organized by using Google Drive. This allowed us to share information with him quickly and communicate effectively. He spent an appropriate amount of time with us to ensure that he understood the case and knew what he was working with when he got to court. In court, he addressed all of our concerns and got us the majority of what we were asking for. Even when the judge dismissed a request that my boyfriend had made, Mr. Austin fought and respectfully argued with the judge to prove the point that what is in the best interest of the child is to be as involved in each parent's lives as they could be. We are very happy with the outcome of this and will be using Mr. Austin if any further issues come up.

Mr. Austin is an amazing person that will actually listen and makes sure you are comfortable with your decisions he is also very patient and understanding as well as trustworthy. I definitely recommend him he was there for me every step of the way and made time to hear me out whenever I needed to speak to him. He is very dedicated and educated.
