Attorney Gary Austin is one of a kind. I came to Gary at the very start of an extremely bitter divorce. Gary made me feel heard and explained every step of the process to me. With that I felt an extreme sense of comfort. Prior to any court case Gary would contact me to go over what to expect, along with our plan of attack. When it was time for trial Gary was prepared with extensive knowledge of my case along with relevant legal arguments to provide to the court. When I would inquire about different avenues of attack in regards to my case, Gary would provide me with valuable honest feedback, which allowed me to make thoroughly informed decisions. Without the help of Gary the other side may very well have won. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and caring family law attorney, I would recommend no one else but Attorney Gary Austin.

Gary Austin , was a great Attorney, he truly helped me out during a difficult time. During a very stressful and complicated Family Law case Mr. Austin was a godsend. He was very organized and methodical when collecting evidence. This helped me prepare for my case because I was too stressed to do it on my own. He explained what to expect and what the possible outcomes were bluntly. I was always prepared for court because he would call and text to check in with me to see that I was ready. I was afraid to hire a lawyer (like a mechanic) because I did not want to get financially take advantage of. He helped with figuring out payments with kindness and grace. He also worked with me in regards to communication because he understood my work schedule and that eased alot of stress. When we went to court he was prepared and was vigilant when fighting for me. After interviewing a few attorneys something stood out to me and Attorney Gary Austin was the one I really wanted to take my child custody case . ---------- After going through two attorneys who did little for my child custody case I was desperate. With a hearing upcoming I began looking for someone to represent my interest. I came across Mr. Austin and gave him a call. After speaking with him a few minutes I could tell he understood my concerns and my need to have someone who was there for me. The other parent was attempting to push me out of my son's life and I really needed help. In court he took the time to make sure my story was told and that the judge listened to my position. After going to a couple of hearings and following Mr. Austin's lead the judge began to see the weakness in the other party's case and their deceptions about my actions as a father. By the end of the case I knew the difference between just having a lawyer and being represented as two bogus restraining orders against me were dismissed. Outside of court is where I needed the most help. Dealing with police officers and social workers created a lot of stress for me. Mr. Austin made sure I was prepared whenever I had to deal directly with the mother or third parties. He reminded me to keep my court order with me and remain clear and calm when I spoke with police officers or others about my case and custody of my son. After a while the truth of my case became clear and I fear and anxiety dropped. In my dealings with Mr. Austin he has been nothing but thoughtful, kind and prepared. His advice was always spot-on - even at times when I didn't agree. Today I spend quality time with my son with little interference from the other parent because of his work for me. I couldn't say this just a year ago! I was referred to Gary Austin by a close friend for a Divorce that was getting out of hand. I spoke with him and was sold the first day I met him. He told me what he can do for me and even gave me a break on the retainer. Now the tricky part, can he deliver? or is he all talk like the majority of Attorneys I've come across??? Side story: I lost a friend to suicide in relation to stress related issues associated with unethical custody decisions made by a court. My friend was a Veteran battling depression, ptsd and anxiety. The toll of the legal process overwhelmed him to a breaking point. I wish I could have referred him to an attorney as skilled as Mr. Austin beforehand. Even if you aren’t directly involved in a family law dispute please consider referring someone you know to Mr. Austin, especially if they’re struggling mentally. This was a dramatic experience for me. I had two other lawers prior to obtaining representation from Law Offices of Gary S. Austin. I never knew what was being done with the previous Lawyers and that was very stressful. Once I acquired Mr. Austin's services was when things became much more clear and my stress levels came down to normal as can be under the circumstances. It was the initial phone call though that made me feel I was making the right choice going with Mr. Austin. Every law office I called prior to his gave me very little insight and woukd not take the time to talk to me without putting a retainer.
