John Michels was a outstanding asset to our family when my son who is a juvenile was being faced with a felony charge in Temecula that could have ruined the rest of his life. John's personable demeanor and incredible work ethic was evident from the beginning. He counseled me on what to expect and guided me through all of the potential issues that may be around the corner. John was quick to communicate all information and updates with my sons case and he would always return my calls and address my questions and concerns. With his guidance I was able to ask all the right questions, set boundaries, provide and access required documentation that would benefit the case and had a sound ear to confide in. John also met with my son and he was delicate but firm with him which built a trusting relationship for best outcomes. I truly believe John treated my son as if he were his own and wanted the best outcomes for our family.
