I got pulled over for speeding on my way home to Arizona where guns are legal. I had my gun in the glove compartment and got a cited for having an illegal firearm in riverside. I hired John Michael to defend me while I was in another state and he went to all my hearings for me. Eventually after completing a minimal program John had my case completely dismissed!! Super grateful to John for his help and how he showed up for me. I feel blessed to have that charge completely dismissed and a thing of the past!

I was determined to find the best criminal defense lawyer for my husband when he was arrested and facing multiple charges. John absolutely helped me but it wasn't cheap just like everything else in bidens so called great economy

About a year ago i found myself in a sticky situation where the cops where called over to my house for a D.V. charge. I never imagined this would take place but it did. As soon as i was able to post bail the next day i called the law office of John Michels which were refered to me by a good friend who found himself in a similar situation. My main objective was dismissing the D.V charge which John Michels was able effectively do. Nothing but the absolute best attorney i could have asked for ! I was hit with 3counts of 1.DUI , 2.DUI of BAC 0.8 or higher 3. Felony charge of willful cruelty to a minor for being in the vehicle at the time of my stop/ arrest. I cannot begin to explain the fear I had as I arrived to court , and was told i will have to serve time for my crimes. Absolutely the best! Mr John Michels is a miracle worker. In February of 2023, after making a series of bad choices, I was arrested on 2 felony gun and drug charges, as well as a misdemeanor possession charge. After speaking to 3 other lawyers and at my wits end, I was referred to John Michels. He spoke to me immediately in regards to my charges and scheduled an in person meeting the next day. Upon arrival Mr Michels and Francisco started work on my case without hesitation. I was given a realistic task of things to do so the DA knew I was not taking this lightly. I followed all of the recommendations given and it made a giant difference. After 2 court appearances and some meetings with the DA, Mr Michels was able to convince the Court to not only drop both the felony counts, he also got me drug diversion on the possession charge, so it won’t go on my record as long as I complete my program and stay out of trouble.
