You would get better results from a paralegal then Ms Claypool. She has no clue in what she is doing. I transferred over to her from a another attorney. It took her over 5 months to review the case. I had to make decisions without her input for she didn't have the facts. Even after she stated that she had reviewed the file I was to answer my ex's complaints not her all the while I was being billed. As it turns out she didn't review the file and submitted documents to the court that contradicted earlier documents. This cost me thousands. But it doesn't end here... She was to ask for more details on transactions with my Ex's bank account because she is hiding a large sum of money which is Ms Claypool had read the file would realize that. As it turns out she spent more money on the request and because she didn't know how to ask (HER OWN WORDS) I now have redo the last year of work and thousands of dollars. I would look for another attorney.

Linda and her staff have been great with my case, child custody was most important to me and she was able to get me a 70/30 split in my favor. She's very knowledgable. I would highly recommend her.
