We unfortunately purchased an expensive Class A motorhome last February. We never received title and license from California. In June we were advised by California DMV that the motorhome had some mileage discrepancies. We contacted Michael Geller. The case was settled the other day. We were able to return the motorhome to the dealership and receive a full refund of the purchase. I am so appreciate of Michael Geller, Lisa Bellow and Tamara Decauter. They are all top professionals. We could never have done this on our own.

I called their office because I had that “feeling” that the Dealer made some funny switches in the numbers for my car purchase. I wanted an expert opinion. Fortunately, for me not the Dealer, I was correct. The Dealer did move numbers around to make it look the same as our agreed upon amount. They thought I was clueless. This law office took a look at my paperwork at no charge. My suspicions were confirmed immediately without any fees from their office. I’m happy to say that from time of purchase to settlement it took only 5mos. Which, in legal proceedings, is fantastic. I obtained a settlement of almost 17% of the purchase price. A substantial amount. I would like to especially thank a particular member of their staff. Lisa handled my questions and was quick to respond to all phone calls and emails. She is an asset to this law practice.

Michael is an extremely likable man. However, that is an appeal that is deceptively misleading. My experience is he was fair on the retainer, however, I don't agree with the other reviews he is knowledgeable. I was told he specialized "primarily" in real estate, which was my need for him. Initially he reviewed my case took said I had a case set under statutes of real estate law. Apparently, his mind changed after some expenses minused to my paid retainer. He does teach law at Riverside Law school somewhere, which I believe is to lure you in as a know all attorney. Not my experience. He didn't file one pleading in an already set for trial matter. Seems some professional curiosity was extended at his client's expense. His office staff nice, but not helpful or informative to messages or needed legal advice followed up on and answered by Michael. Nice guy at first, condescending and evasive after retainer. You call, call, call no response. Eventually, substitution of attorney form is emailed to you, terminating his service and expects with harsh instructions. Sign or make it hard for yourself. Buyer Beware...nice guy is all I can say. Money lost.

Simply one of the best, not many out there like Michael. Out of the 20 years I have now been in the automotive industry I have had the pleasure of working with the Law Office of Michael Geller and his staff for the past 2 years. They are very detailed and informative with no deals spared, his relationship with other firms in the industry and Attorneys is of great value and an asset to anyone looking for an attorney with in his field of expertise.

Let me begin by stating; Although I have been blessed, to not find myself in need of an attorney very often, in my 64 years on earth. I am however, very fortunate, that I selected Mr. Geller's firm in a recent circumstance. I sold privately, a used vehicle, that I had driven for the last 10 years. I had offered to the buyer, an opportunity to have the vehicle verified, by a mechanic, or person of his choosing, to which he declined. Shortly after the purchase, I received a demand letter, from an attorney representing the purchaser. After some direct conversation with this attorney, I realized I needed some assistance. By chance, after looking on the internet, I selected Mr. Geller. I worked directly with an assistant within the firm, a, Ms. L. Ballow, who was simply, fabulous. Within a short time of my first contact, I immediately began to feel a sense of relief. Mr. Geller wrote a letter to the attorney who was pressuring me, and I have not heard from him again. Mr.Geller's fee, was more than reasonable, and in fact, I anticipated my costs would have been greater, given the amount of correspondence we exchanged. I am a Canadian citizen, who fortunately is able to escape the winter weather, by vacationing in CA. The legal system is intimidating in any country, and perhaps more so, for someone who has little to do with it. Without any reservation, and along with my strongest endorsement, I would recommend Mr. Geller, and his assistant, Ms. Ballow, should you find yourself needing legal guidance. Thanks again, Jim

Mr. Geller is a very experienced, seasoned attorney. He is a rare find since he combines experience in business, litigation, and appeals. Unlike any attorney stereotypes, Mr. Geller is always looking to save his clients money and analyzing the costs and benefits of continuing litigation. He is very responsive to his clients’ requests and often makes you feel that he is solely working on your case. He is responsible to deadlines and is consistently ahead of the game in terms of filings and case strategies. I highly recommend Mr. Geller for any case, regardless of its complexity, sensitivity, or urgency.

I HAD A COMPLEX AUTO TITLE CASE. I HAD SPENT 2.5 YEARS AND GOT NO WHERE. I WENT TO ATTORNEY GELLER AND IT HAS BEEN RESOLVE IN SHORT ORDER. I FEEL HE HAS A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW AND IS ABLE TO RELATE ON AN HONEST BASIS. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND HAS SHOWN INTEGRITY TO ME IN ALL ASPECTS. HE HAS TRIAL EXPERIENCE AND ALSO TEACHES COMPLES CIVIL LITIGATION AT A LAW SCHOOL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS. HE WILL ASSESS YOUR CASE AND DETERMINE REALISTIC OUTCOMES. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH AN ATTORNEY IS THAT THEY SEEM TO FOCUS ON THE MONEY INSTEAD OF THE PERSON. I DID NOT FEEL ATTORNEY GELLER WAS ONE BIT GREEDY. HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE IS PERFECT FOR COMPLEX ISSUES.
