I can't say enough good things about having Brandy represent me in my divorce. She was always available when I had questions and kept me updated throughout the process . I would highly recommend Shauna Albright's office and especially Brandy.

The Law Offices of Shauna M. Albright, is worth every single penny. My children mean the world to me and as a single father living in California, I had strong doubts on a favorable outcome. (Enters) Brandy Tristao or (BrandyT) as some of her other cliental fondly named her, Brandy is clear, concise, empathetic and understanding; Ms. Tristao, provided a judgement free, low stress, synergistic atmosphere which made me feel comfortable with my unique situation. Albright) I will list some qualities I have observed firsthand with Ms. Tristao: 1.Treats all clients with dignity and respect at all times 2. Remains calm and focused in high-stress situations (performing her duties during a pandemic on a phone is impressive and daunting) Brandy made it look easy, I know, I was present. 3. Brandy is always direct and honest when dealing with me and my situation, demonstrating full transparency at all times with regard to knew and occurring variables that may affect the case; Oftentimes, Brandy is able to predict various outcomes due to her past experiences and quick ability to recognize what specific judges have done in the past with similar cases. Brandy her team clearly walks the talk. I have mentioned team earlier in the review, and I want to also point out the fantastic work of Ms. Pat, she works very well with clients and her own staff regarding the distribution of time sensitive correspondence, as well as providing sincere customer service, Normally when I call, Ms, Pat is the first person I communicate with and I can see why, Pat is very accommodating, professional and responds quickly to queries. Suzanne Bradley, was and still is the current paralegal for my legal team. Ms. Bradley was there for me when I simply needed to vent and or was being raptured alive by anxiety which is common when going through these process. Suzanne allowed me to ask all types of questions even some deem silly to her craft but considered crucial due to my limited experience with dealing with family law. Ms. Bradley was kind, friendly, reassuring, relatable and actually pretty witty (funny). All of these soft skills were on full display when dealing with any member of Brandy Tristao's team. For these reasons and more, I truly feel that the services I have received and currently STILL receiving is nothing short of 5-stars. Ms. Albright, you have a tremendous staff and it showcases your ability to recognize talent. Thank you for reuniting a father with his 2 children. Very professional and timeliness. Great staff! Very responsive and attentive whenever I had any questions or concerns. I was represented by Brandy Tristeo for my Family Court case, for a modification in custody of my two minor children. My case involved CPS and Police investigations from the beginning until the very end. I contacted the Law Office of Shauna M. Albright in November of 2020, my case was closed on February of 2021. Ms. Tristeo filled for an ex parte, now both of my children are back home with sole custody. I could not be any happier! I really love the team at Shauna M. Albright. I was fighting for custody for my kids and they let me know that it would be an uphill battle. The odds were kind of stack against but with their help I beat the odds and received custody of my kids. I dealt with Brandy Tristao for my case and she did a phenomenal job. And the communication the responsiveness And how comfortable they make you feel Brandy Tristao was very sharp she wouldn’t let my x wife Attorney just get her way at the end I ended up very pleased with the results.
