My name is Miss Moore I work for a big transit company I’m a bus driver, one day after washing the bus, I stepped wrong way and I sustained injury in my low back my employer told me to go to Riverside community Hospital they did not see anything wrong with me finally I took it upon me and went to Kaiser Kaiser send me for MRI however emergency doctor told me I have a ridiculous party but nobody cares even Kaiser doctor released me without any further treatment injection etc. there is no intervention for my treatment and I am on the street finally I hired RP law group. My name is Sheffield. I worked for Amazon and Walmart. At Amazon, I severely hurt my low back while lifting an unreasonable amount of packages. At Walmart, my injury increased and I started having pains in my knees from pushing and pulling products and the carts. The gist of this review is for everybody to understand that when you retain an attorney be very careful. I called Larry H Parker. They sent me to a firm called Perona Langer Beck. And in turn, Perona Langer Beck sent somebody to my house. As far as I thought, this was good service that somebody came to my house. Later I found out that he was not an attorney. He did not give me any advice. He made me sign documents that I did not understand and there was no explanation. However, I was desperate and I did it. A whole year passed and I did not get a call from an attorney. Neither did I speak with an attorney. I got zero treatment. I was treating with my private doctor. Finally, very frustrated, I got online and found RP Law Group. The same day I met the attorney. They sent me to a doctor which wasn't that good. Again, my frustration returned. I spoke with RP Law Group and they changed my doctor. Finally, I got meaningful treatment, MRI, and diagnostics. All lawyers are busy but when I was with Perona Langer Beck I never saw a lawyer, spoke with a layer, or get any advice from a layer., They literally pawned me off on some secretarial staff. Every time I talked to them after 30 minutes hold I got zero answers. Where locally I can go to RP Law Group and get my answers. Please choose your lawyer carefully because it makes a difference.

Myself and my coworker were working for a produce company I was there for 21 years he made it happen Raj Patel will fight for you, he will get you t this is for all the workers that go to work every day to put food on the table for their families he will bring Justice he will fight for you I was in a very very bad situation mental stress a lot of stuff with this company for 21 years he reached a settlement Within 4 months he will make it happen. Myself and my coworker we found him we found him on Google he had really good reviews we liked we liked him and picked him because they called him the pitbull he is a pitbull he will fight for you. When you get inured that is the time the employer shows its true colors. Rather than helping they want you to just go away and disappear. in fact this company fired me and my coworker. Raj even sent us in the right direction to get justice on this issue. Workers compensation sation system is very frustrating. The system is controlled by the state. People need to understand most attorneys won't even call you back. Sometimes patience is a virtue. It is extremely important that you let the attorney do what he does and give him space. I had an accident in the beginning of the year, I was able to allocate raj as an attorney because of family and had an amazing outcome, of course the process was not easy and it really was a trial of sacrifice enduring this and having to work with the attorney and case worker but he really came through on this for me. The workers comp was no help at all, they really were a pain and I developed so many problems that fall under stress and depression, one thing I learned is that they control medical care and Raj has to work extra hard when it comes to this huge issue. I had a work related back injury back in 2020, it seemed like it was a nightmare. Do to all the run around that workers comp gave me. It took them over a year to even get images of my back. They were sending me to different types of therapy even though i would tell them it made my pain worse. They said it was normal for it to hurt. I ended up having to be rushed to the hospital do to oain getting worse and there is where they did MRI Xray and all of that and they found I had a broken bone, bulged discs, and pinched nerve. Finally i switched Dr's thanks to the advice of my lawyer (RP Law group). That dr did an amazing job, he found exactly what was wrong with my back and finally did surgery. Which seems to have helped some with pain. I am very grateful with RP lawgroup because they helped guide me in every step. I did have some issues with some of the persons handling my case. Do to the fact that they wouldnt return my calls at times and my case kept going from hand to hand so when i would call they weren't familiar with my case. Then Raj Patel my defense attorney solved that issue. He gave me his personal number and any questions i had he was very quick to solve. He was very upfront and very clear with things. Do you think when you get injured your employer an insurance company will help you? You are delusional if you think so, you have to go through very stringent very archaic bureaucratic process of Worker’s Comp. they have their attorneys they have adjusters do very sophisticated you need attorney on your side I chose RP law group and I’m very happy with them I urge you to report every injury I urge you to talk to your doctor in detail make sure everything documented and do not put up with your employers because they make millions on your blood but we had your injury appears they will ignore you Rp law group will help you.
