First off I wanna thank my lawyer Raj for coming down with an injured arm and been persuasive and settling my case for me truly the best Lawyer in the inland empire wish I can give him 10 star rating.

After being hurt on the job I was in pain, stressed, confused and unsure about where to turn for help. After calling numerous law firms, being ignored, and even being turned away I finally found RP law group. After doing my research and reading amazing things about Mr.Patal and his team I decided to give them a call. The same day that i spoke with Raj Patal, we scheduled a consultation in person to discuss my case. The first time I met Raj I knew from his spirit and he’s genuine personality that he was going to be the one that was going to help me. He made me feel very important and taken care of, and as a young minority woman that is something that I value greatly. I felt like he could relate to me. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he was going to take care of everything. I finally felt like I was in good hands. Raj fought for me and made sure I was treated fairly. These big corporations like to make us feel small and like we have no chance against them but Mr.Patal assured me that we had a fighting chance. If you are still debating weather to give RP law group a call I will tell you to hesitate no longer as give them a chance ,trust me you won’t be disappointed. Raj made sure from the beginning of my case to the end (which was extremely fast) that he never stopped contacting me or kept me in the dark. Raj is very determined and worked so hard on my case that he even called me from the hospital bed as he was recovering from a injury. That’s when I knew that he was a different type of attorney that you don’t come across to often. He works on the weekends, late nights, holidays even while injured just to make sure my case was being handled and taken care of in a very rapid manner. Mr.Patal is a determined and superior attorney. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work. I will always recommend RP law group, they truly go above and beyond.

10/5/20. I’ve worked with RP Law Group once prior to this recent injury from my last employer. From my initial meeting with RP Law group, all the critical information and details regarding the incident, timelines and all communications that transpired between myself and my employer and employer’s leadership were documented and discussed to ensure all data was captured accurately. Immediately after my initial meeting with RP law group, their office began coordinating medical appoints for my injury, beginning with seeing a physician local to my work location which helped tremendously, and appointments with physical therapy thereafter. The treatment and appointments were timely, within weeks of working with RP law office. RP law group works with an incredible sense of urgency for their clients and I was impressed by the ability of RP law office to quickly seek medical advisement on my behalf. Also, during the entire process, both Raj and his paralegal staff communicated the status of the case, including setting up a remote zoom session for the deposition which again helped support my needs while still working during this Pandemic. By accurately communicating each step of the injury claim process I was able to schedule my time away from work seamlessly to attend each appointment and/or meeting with RP Law team. I can with utmost confidence recommend RP law group for any injury to anyone in need of an attorney and team that has their best interests at hand and making each case a priority. As a former Army Captain, now retired, I won’t hesitate to share this posting to everyone that I know and to all my fellow servicemen and women to contact RP law group for help in their injury case. The attorneys at RP Law group are serious about each case and the diligence put forth on my injury case speaks in large volume of the amount of hours and effort that RP law group tirelessly invested for my case to be litigated successfully. I’d leave zero stars if I could honestly!This was a complete Waste of time and these people aren’t that great at what they do simple as that.

Called to see if my case could be handled and after giving details was told to come in to meet and see our options. Drove 33 minutes for appointment and while waiting to be assisted I was within earshot and heard each girl say "is that a prospect?" Then could here them bickering over who would "get stuck," with me. Non of the 3 girls seemed interested in helping me, one actually seemed more interested in her popcorn. After consulting their paralegal who I spoke to earlier in the day, I was told they couldn't assist me on my case after all. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unimportant and seemed to have no regards for my waste of time. I dont understand why they would have me dive over an hour round trip in traffic when they could have told me they couldn't help on the phone.

I called to inquire about services, the girl said they didn't help with labor issues, I asked if she had any recommendations of other attorneys and she hung up on me. Just RUDE.

At first signing up with Raj and his team seemed like it was going to work, but after over a year of trying with this attorney, I discovered his ethics and honesty is below standards. Sure he is good to speed you into a settlement but does not want to litigate for more, nor will he be honest with you during the process. I found multiple times where he falsified statements the other party said and even tried talking me into a settlement which was going to conflict with other pending suits, which he was aware. He leaves the country for months at a time and tells you his assistant has the case, but when you finally get a hold of the assistant, she states she is in the dark about it. When you are in the battle for settlement, this man makes you think he may just be for the other team so he can get a quick payout. I put over a year into him, when I asked what I should do next since I declined the settlement, he quit. Then held onto my file and I had to threaten filing a complaint with the Bar just to get it.

Your staff is very unprofessional. They get upset when you ask them something, constantly hire new and inexperienced staff who don't know anything about workers comp laws, I don't recommend this law firm, it has its staff putting in Google good reviews don't trust this office.

He pays for all the good reviews., not very honest, unprofessional ....

Worst attorney bad attitude try’s to intimidate his clients very rude

Raj Patels office is very welcoming and great with communication. He has a strong attitude but he delivers results and fights hard for his clients.

I am so grateful for Raj Patel! I walked into his office and had no idea what to do about my work situation. I didn’t even know I had a case without his help. He was persistent, communicative, and fierce about helping me out. I highly recommend him for anyone else who needs compensation for a work injury and or abuse. I’m so happy about the way my case ended. Thank you so much Raj!
