My daughter is under age and was injured at work. She was in need of a good Aggressive workers comp Attorney. Betty and Raj were the perfect match for what we needed. My experience with Mr Patel and his staff was a experience like no other they were very professional and kind . Mr Patel was a very good listener he’s straight forward he and his staff kept my son and myself informed every step of the way and I appreciated that.The case was my sons he was working for a temp agency he had a slip and fall injured his Lower back I didn’t know what to do! Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness I worked for a Methadone clinic, and those people fired me when I got sick with Covid at the clinic, due to them exposing me to Covid, and not even providing PPE! All these people cared about was making money and not my safety! I went to Diefer Law, and they didn't do anything for me- even their paperwork was filled with errors many times, and I needed to have them correct it. I finally came to my senses and dropped them. My journey throughout this whole work comp issue has been very difficult and depressing amount other things. We as employee are lead to believe that WC is for us yet one has to fight so long and hard to get results. I went to RP law group and represented me against Walmart. Walmart made me feel like I the employee did not have any choice or rights as a person regarding my injury. They did not provide me with a front parking space while I was in crutches, carrying my lunch and work belongings. I literally asked them who was there for the employee and they said they were?
