Came here after getting injured at work. My foot got crushed on the job and put me out of work for over a month. During this time my now former employer denied me access to a doctor and refused to file a worker’s compensation report I had filled out. I found RP law after seeking out help for how to handle my situation and they were able to take care of the whole situation for me. They went after my former employer and their insurance so I could get my medical covered and help me get back to work in a decent manner. I really appreciate RP with their transparency and honesty handling my case and would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an issue with a worker’s compensation claim getting filed or has an employer who refuses to handle a workers injury.

Really worked hard for me

Workers comp system is so bad that they do not care for employees and I work for Kaiser. I see many many patients come they’re injured and I thought this will never happened to me. Finally the same exact thing I’ve been through Kaiser do not care. I am a Kaiser employee for a long time and they threw me on the street when I got injured. Thank God that I found RP law group. Raj Patel was straight forward to the point help me honest did not sugarcoat anything he got me help he got me some medical help and now I am happy that this is behind me. I recommend this farm 150%.

I would like to say Raj Patel is fair and honest attorney. Raj Patel is very direct and keeps you updated on the progress of your case worker’s compensation. After being at another firm, which did absolutely nothing, Raj Patel RP Law Group took my cases for representing me and got me the help I needed. I personally talked to Raj Patel he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The system is very bad and the insurance companies are one sided. I have made many calls to get help and answers for family members but the insurance companies simply don't care about us. We had to turn to a lawyer for help.
