I am very pleased with RP Law handling of my workers comp case. My Atty. Raj Patel, did a phenomenal job from start to finish.He's very stern, and direct, but professional. He knows his craft , and got the job done quick.

I was very nervous going through my first workers comp settlement. I felt like I had no idea where to even begin! I was jobless (Amazon terminated me because they couldn’t accommodate me for an injury I obtained in THEIR warehouse), I was homeless (wasn’t able to pay rent), and I had no money. It was the lowest point in my life that I hope I don’t ever have to relive. After months without pay, the insurance company for Amazon tried to offer me a very small settlement (found out later they weren’t ever going to give me it because THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT BEING OFFERED) and at that point I was furious. I found Raj, who was highly recommended on Yelp, and decided to call and see what my options were. Raj immediate scheduled an appointment with me and within minutes of our meeting Raj knew exactly what we were dealing with. Raj and his team made this horrible experience A LOT easier for me and they helped me get the compensation I deserve! If you're looking for a work place injury attorney then don't look anywhere else but here. RP law group isn't a law firm that doesn't return calls or give updates for months. He is straight to the point and very firm. He will give you updates as soon as he has them and doesn't play any games. You may be completely lost in what to do but Raj and his law group will assist you and guide you the whole way through. Raj is a go to attorney for your WC case. I had an attorney already but they never did anything for me. I seeked for another attorney and came across Raj Law Firm. This is our story and I hope you read this all the way through you won't be sorry...I first met with Raj March of 2018 as I was being represendted by another lawyer who was a very bad and awful lawyer. From the first meeting I knew Raj was going to take care of me. Going to warn you though, Raj is straight out and to the point he does not sugar coat anything but he fights for his clients. I know this because he fought for me! Workers comp is a broken system and if you're trying to do this by yourself good luck, that is what I did at first. Then I went with a lawyer that was recommended to me and to say he was horrible is an extreme under statement. I figured I had to stay with this horrible lawyer since I already signed with him, but people if you're not happy with a lawyer who is representing you, you can change lawyers. That is how I found Raj and man was that the best decision because if I didn't find Raj when I did my workers comp case defitnitley would have not have had the outcome that it did today. Almost a year later I had the best news possible, my case is over and Raj was there for me every step of the way. If I had any questions or concerns through this process I could call Raj and he would get right back to me. I mean what kind of lawyer gives you their cell phone#? yes that's what I said I did not have to call his office and talk to his assistant I called him direct. His staff is amazing as well but I always dealt with Raj direct. I never had that experience before not that I dealt with a lot of lawyers but usually you don't have their direct phone numbers. Here is another thing....Raj did not get any% fee from my case, the 15% went to the other horibale lawyer that was representing me at first, Raj more than deserved the 15% and more, all that said it did not change how Raj handled my case and fought for me. This is what I mean that he truly fights for his clients. I was so UPSET! when I heard that Raj was not getting his cut for representing me for my workers comp case because he DESERVED every penny of that! Raj is a good HONEST man and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! so if you're reading this review trying to decide which lawyer you should call to represent you, don't look any further call Raj Patel he will fight for you!!! To all and everyone that I can possibly reach out to on this forum. First of all there is a "silver lining" as the old addage states. When an employee is injured at work an incredibly complex process begins. I contacted RP Law Group in the summer of 2017 due to an extremely painful injury I incurred involving physical lifting of company merchandise. I searched as many of you probably have for an attorney to represent and help me through this injury. I searched on Google and found RP Law Group at the top of the list.
