Unsatisfactory case handling
“Alice was hired and then fired. She said she would do everything to investigate my case and she did not. She was wrong on many things. When she was confronted with evidence on the material she was incorrect about she acted like she was correct anyway when in fact it was proven to be wrong. She had a snotty bad attitude throughout the entire experience.”
