Alexandria and staff are very competent in a specialized field of law, but my experience with lawyers plus feedback from other legal professionals on this case reveals we could have gotten our legal work done by an equally competent attorney for about half Alexandria Goff’s fees.

He did a great job of explaining issues that we had missed, providing a very compete document in a very good amount of time andreasonable too.

I am a 42-year old divorced dad, with two children that are still minors, a live-in girlfriend, and I own my home. I had no plan for my estate, such as it is, and contemplating what might happen to my house and other property if something happened to me was not really on my mind. Eddie is the estate planning attorney of my BNI chapter, and he made a strong case for addressing these questions even at a relatively early age and even with a fairly simple situation. What I found was that even a person like me, in what might seem to be a simple situation, can use the guidance of a professional like Eddie, to delve into the sometimes uncomfortable hypothetical questions and to create a plan for handling unforeseen circumstances. Eddie helped me think about the decisions I want to make, and is putting together my family trust, to make sure those decisions are put into effect when the need arises. This will eliminate the need for probate when I pass, and will provide for implementing my decisions on other situations that might arise while I am still alive, and best of all it is much less expensive than what my estate would have to pay out in probate fees.

One of the best attorney firms in town

Elise did our Trust and was and am very happy with the service we received. She also works Sundays, so making follow up apointments is really easy. Her office is on Stanford Ranch Road just off Highway 65 so very easy and convenient to get to. Low key, very thoughtful, very relaxed. Highly recommended!
